Chez Sha’s was conceived from a desire to set a higher standard including; higher quality ingredients, freshness, and flavor.  It began with cookies and candies being offered as gifts, then came continuous urging and requests from family, friends and associates to be able to access the products on demand.

Thus, for years, our love of baking and perfecting just the right combinations of spices has been the delight of family, friends, co-workers, schools, and various agencies.
Our love for baking and cooking is attributed to the culinary roots of our Louisiana heritage.  We are set apart from all others by a rich taste that has been cultivated as if it was an art form.  Our distinct spices, delicate blends of the freshest and most savory ingredients and intricate balance are what set Chez Sha’s delectable treats apart.  Since 1992, we have prided ourselves on the superb quality and taste found in our products.

Pralines are an all time favorite of southern Louisianans.  Our pralines are created from a recipe that has survived five generations of Louisiana Creole women.  They are velvety smooth and bursting with flavor.  There are several varieties to choose from and all are exceptional!

The scrumptious cookies here at Chez Sha’s are the passionate, creative genius sparked by owner Bruce’s love of baking.  His talents are the rewards for tireless efforts from many hours baking and creating.  Having a house full of children and formerly owning a bakery has influenced his passion to create the many different flavors of these tasty treats.  And, all of the flavors are magnificent, so it is difficult to pinpoint a favorite.
